Job Summary

Be part of something extraordinary with the Corporate IT team. We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the evolution of our corporate IT systems. As Director of Corporate IT, you'll be at the forefront of innovation delivering solutions that support Comcast's corporate HQ functions including Administration, Finance, Legal, and Communications. Together, we're driving business outcomes through technology and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape and be able to translate business needs into innovative IT solutions. You will collaborate across multiple teams including Comcast corporate business leaders, internal technical, cybersecurity and privacy teams, and third party software providers to ensure that technical solutions are appropriately architected, secured, delivered, and managed.

Job Description

What You'll Need:

  • Lead a high performing team - develop a team of engineers to architect, implement, and operate Comcast's Corporate IT infrastructure and applications.

  • Manage all deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budgets. Implement performance metrics and prepare period reports and/or proposals. Monitor and track project progress and report findings to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Partner with Business Leaders - Forge strong relationships, understanding their unique needs and translating them into actionable IT strategies. Assist in creating business cases and create technical roadmaps that are aligned with business needs and recommend action plans and strategies.

  • Ensure Security and Compliance - Protect our systems and data ensuring adherence to Cybersecurity and privacy controls and regulations.

  • Foster Continuous Improvement - Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in an IT leadership role.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of engineering, computer science or equivalent.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative IT solutions.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • 5-10% travel as needed
