Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services’ National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a highly motivated Security Delivery Lead to support the integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system to provide maritime domain awareness in Northern Africa. The system will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating security information to enhance the security and force protection of maritime boundaries, natural resources, and strategic ports. The ideal candidate will work as part of an integrated team based in greater Boston, Massachusetts area, to implement the best EVM practices and processes to track program progress in terms of defined cost, schedule, and performance outcomes.

The Work:

  • Serve as the lead CSFC consultant in all matters of design and development
  • Support system design activities to comply with the NSA’s Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) and customer requirements
  • Write standardized system documentation, including configuration guides, test procedures, test results, and training materials
  • Collaborate with other operations departments to design approved infrastructure
  • Configures network, software, and hardware components to meet NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DoD requirements
  • Perform network design and systems integration support
  • Support implementation and management of a Public Key Infrastructure solution
  • Preparing test reports and configuration documentation according to customer standards
  • Identify and recommend hardware and support solutions to support CSFC-Compliant infrastructure
  • Provide technical expertise to sales and engineering teams

Here's what you need:

  • BS and 5+ years of prior experience; Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of systems solution engineering experience in enterprise environments
  • 5+ years experience building, implementing, managing, and maintaining CSFC-Compliant networks
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • Ability to work 50% on-site

Bonus points if you have:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies
  • Experience implementing a robust Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM) system.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $122,600 - $234,900

Colorado: $122,600 - $202,900

New York: $113,500 - $234,900

Washington State: $130,500 - $215,900
