Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a TDP Technical Lead (SME) to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program.  The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.  

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides technical assessment of Technical Direction Letters (TDLs) upon receipt.
• Assists Technical Direction Plan (TDP) Development Lead and Operations Lead (OL) in the development of TDPs.
• Performs technical evaluations and reviews during TDP execution.
• Collaborates with Quality Manager and Quality Analysts to contribute to process improvement, using Leidos’ Continual Innovation and Improvement (CI2) process, and implements.
• Quality Control measures to provide confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled during research, development, design, integration, test, evaluation, and deployment/delivery phases.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of related experience or a Masters and 8 years of related experience.  A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within Army’s IT infrastructure.
• US Citizen with a Secret security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
