About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

As the HR Specialist Italy for our Enterprise Markets (EM) business, you will support day-to-day HR operations, work closely with the local business and actively contribute to consultation processes with employee representatives and trade unions.

You will solid hands-on HR experience, strong interpersonal and communication skill and a good understanding of Italian labor legislation within an international environment.

You will report to the Talent Business Partner, Enterprise Markets (EM), and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a hybrid model (Turin Office / remote) for candidates already based in Piedmont and Lombardy, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily HR operational support to the local organization, responding to employee queries and managing HR documentation and processes.

  • Participate in consultations and ongoing interactions with trade unions and employee representatives.

  • Support onboarding activities and manage key stages of the employee lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.

  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and support organizational and change management activities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, supporting reporting and basic data analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with regional HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and best practice sharing.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in an international or matrix organization.Previous experience in an HR role, ideally within an international and/or matrix organization.

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Italian labor legislation and local HR practices.

  • Experience working with trade unions or employee representative bodies is a strong plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  •  Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) are essential.
