What you'll do:

• Work closely with the wider Compliance team and the business to help build a best-in-class compliance program.

• Provide compliance oversight of investing products and processes through monitoring and periodic reviews to ensure they deliver good customer outcomes.

• Provide compliance advice on current and future products and services across the business, as well as overarching compliance requirements. 

• Participate in compliance projects within cross-functional teams to deliver change and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Review or advise on higher risk or complex financial promotions to ensure fair outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively implemented.

• Contribute to broader team efforts to continually enhance controls.

• Stay updated with regulatory developments and initiatives impacting retail investment firms

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.

• Detailed knowledge in UK regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance.

• Educated to degree level in Law, Finance, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable.
