What would you do? We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused E-commerce Merchandiser to manage and optimize product content and merchandising execution across multiple online retail platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and high-quality product listings, coordinating content updates, and supporting seamless product launches and ongoing digital shelf maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, strong content management skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, and external agencies.In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results.Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.Minimum 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, content operations, or digital commerce support.Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and other online marketplaces.Strong understanding of product content requirements and online retail workflows.Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Experience working with content management or syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, PIM systems).Experience supporting consumer brands (FMCG, automotive, beauty, retail).Familiarity with basic e-commerce performance metrics and content quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities: E-commerce Merchandising & Content Execution:1. Execute day-to-day merchandising activities across online marketplaces such as Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Walmart, Ebay, etc…, and quick commerce platforms.2. Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand and retailer standards (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and categorization).3. Support SKU setup, updates, and maintenance, including new launches, enhancements, and content refreshes.4. Optimize product content for discoverability and conversion using SEO-friendly copy and compliant imagery.Content Coordination & Publishing:1. Coordinate with clients for content inputs, copy approvals, and infographic updates or creation.2. Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure image asset availability and retail readiness.3. Upload approved copy and map images accurately within content management platforms (e.g., Salsify).4. Support publishing plans for in-scope items and share finalized content packs for out-of-scope SKUs.Retailer & Stakeholder Coordination:1. Act as a point of contact for retailer POCs on PDP updates, content issues, and new SKU onboarding.2. Collaborate with platform teams, creative agencies, and clients to resolve content gaps and execution issues.3. Ensure timely execution of merchandising tasks in line with defined SLAs and turnaround times.Reporting & Operational Excellence:1. Provide accurate status updates on assigned merchandising tasks and deliverables.2. Identify content gaps, errors, or inconsistencies and proactively flag them for resolution.3. Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality digital shelf execution.
