DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Canadian Personal Banking (CPB) provides a comprehensive suite of deposit, saving, payment and lending products and advice through a network of 1,062 branches, 3,438 automated teller machines (ATM), mobile specialized salesforce, and telephone, mobile and internet banking services. CPB is comprised of the following line of businesses:
As a member of the Proactive Monitoring team within Everyday Banking, Savings & Investing (ES&I), your primary responsibility will be to support monitoring of various processes and programs to ensure adherence to regulations, customer promises, desired outcomes, and a focus on improving customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting newly launched projects, and existing processes to identify gaps on an ongoing basis with the goal intervening before customer escalation or impact. You will review data triggers and use business acumen to accurately identify impacts within existing reporting and work with key stakeholders to inform, escalate, and refine our monitoring approach. An opportunity to learn data and build new skills as you view ES&I products from an alternate lens and assist in increasing its resilience.

Department Overview:
It is our People who make the difference in the dynamic Everyday Banking, Savings & Investing (ES&I) business. The ES&I team consists of a wide suite of products including: Chequing and Savings accounts, money movement capabilities, as well as the GIC, Mutual Funds, and Registered plan (including Wealth referrals) portfolios. We are customer, colleague and business results focused and the cornerstone of a customer's relationship with the bank. Almost 70% of all TDCT customers hold a Chequing account, and the overall ES&I group represents approximately 60% of the bottom-line contribution to Canadian Personal Banking.
The Proactive Monitoring Team applies advanced data analytics and automated testing to support the ES&I business to proactively identify potential risks and enhancement opportunities, as well as supporting the remediation efforts of identified issues or incidents through subject matter expertise and data evidence.
