In this role you will make an impact by:

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and aid by email and resolve all queries.
• Analyzing processes for Risks, delays, obstructions, and weaknesses.
• Advising on process upgrades to improve production rates and reduce costs.
• Assessing daily transactions and Troubleshooting processing issues. Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
• Notifying Quality Assurance personnel of fallouts.
• Creating process-related MIS reports. Make a significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions, and concerns swiftly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
• keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.
• Maintaining knowledge of all technical information and resolve all issues in transactions and perform corrections where required.
• Administering and collecting all metrics on processes and identify data points to improve all processes.
• Documenting all transactions on an everyday basis and collates metrics from various associates and prepares appropriate reports.
• Monitoring all data entry operations and ensure compliance to the timeframe.
• Ensuring and maintaining effective professional relationships with staff.
• Perform quality check assessment on all processes of various associates.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals.
• Analyze all issues of (Line of Business) LOB and Stakeholders and provide effective resolutions for same.
• Specific Tasks/ Requirementsꜞ that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business.
• Receive customer orders, Sending Order confirmations, and Make delivery and shipments.
• Monitor Backorders (stock availability and allocations), Create credit and debit notes in SAP
• Make delivery and shipments.
• Handling pre & post-shipment documentation.
• Post goods issue base on returned signed delivery notes
• Follow QMS procedures and SOPs for daily operation.
• Flexible working shifts.
• Follow up on order status, shipment, documentation, etc. ensuring customers receive the right product, the right document, and the right time.
• Support customer complaints handling, goods return, and other queries from customers.
• Make sure master data is correct and updated timely in SAP/Sales Force

• Graduate in Science / Commerce / Engineering Diploma (10+3) in international trade, logistics, business, or another relevant education background.

  Skills

• Experience with SAP R/3 SD, CRM, MS office, and E-commerce
• Self-starter with the ability to face challenges, resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Ability to influence management, problem-solving skills, and manage relationships with global teams. Experience with SAP R/3 SD, Awareness of ERP tools. (e.g. - SAP, Oracle)
• CRM, MS office, and E-commerce Should have been working with SAP for a minimum of 2-3 years.

• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
• Excellent written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

• Should have been working with Operations/support function for at least 3- years with hands-on experience in Supply Operations and interacting with global stakeholders.
• Individuals should have a strong understanding of cross-functional activities.
