Job Description

• Manage Technology risks under risk appetite level and supply risk-averse information supporting management decision.
• Act as Risk Manager to provide advisory on technology risks and provide risk assurance that technology risks are appropriately managed for SCB. 
• Support manager and Head of to develop and implement Tech Risk plan/ roadmap.
• Support cross team to review the Technology Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and Risk Materiality Assessment (RMA)
• Establish and review Technology Risk Management documents and related risk assessment criteria/farmwork documents e.g., cloud security risk assessment, AI risk assessment, Technology New Production Process (TNPP), etc.
• Provide risk assessment for special projects (e.g., PCI, cloud, new technology i.e., CBS, AI). And handle special assignment supporting cross teams e.g., cybersecurity incident related IT Third Party, Security Access Controls of Technology Group, etc.
• Provide Risks dashboard for relevant senior managements.
• Provide professional advice related Technology Risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Peer review with Technology Risk Management for documents related TRM Framework
• Peer co-working and support other teams for technical risk assessment, advisory and tools (if any).

Knowledge, Skills, and Competency

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity Risk Management, Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• 3- 5-year experience in the area of Cybersecurity and/or Technology risk management or information security or IT audit in Banking or Financial Service industry
• Special skills in IT and cybersecurity risk assessment, IT/Application Architecture, Security, and IT general controls
• Soft skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict management
