HR Global Services Advisor

Description -

Delivers a first-class HR support experience to Global HP employees by utilizing a digital HR support model/experience via end-to-end operational services. Identifies emerging applications and drives process improvements and simplification that supports business and people strategy. Consults with HR partners and businesses to plan, develop and implement HR IT solutions to meet organizational requirements. Defines strategy for HR Services support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO) and leads MADO support activities. Accountable for HR data privacy, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Manages myHR related queries via email and chat
• Creates and updates knowledge database articles
• Share Ideas, best practices for team collaboration
• Provides End to End HR support for all HR queries including Benefits, Compensation, Special Programs and etc.,
• Maintains close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to provide best in class employee experience
• Identifies and recommends areas for process improvements

Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality

• Excellent customer handling and stakeholder collaboration
• Solid analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Solid communication skills (e.g. written & verbal) catered to a wide variety of audiences 
• Problem-solving approach
• Interest in administrative tasks
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, practices, procedures, laws, and system tools

Impact and Scope:
• Supports myHR Team 
• Partners with HR Business Partner, Total Rewards, Country HRGS, Learning & Development, PMO's of various projects, etc.  
• Engages directly with employees and managers  
• Impacts different HR processes

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically 0-2 years of experience
