The Product Business Analyst is working on business initiatives to identify, document, analyze, and provide solutions related to processing, service, and/or technical improvement opportunities under the guidance of a senior analyst. Business initiatives will also include implementations of new technologies and new product development.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Clearly and effectively translate business requirements/objectives into detailed system functionality.
  • Create new procedural documentation and generate high-quality system user requirements documents to drive new processes, products, or system enhancements.
  • Assist with the development of user test plans and testing to validate system enhancements.
  • Collaborate assertively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Provide proactive support to business units by meticulously investigating operational-related problems/inquiries and confidently recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with business and technical experts to confidently identify and communicate issues.
  • Assist the Senior Business Analyst in managing the book of work and in preparing department reports and updates.
  • Support the Senior Business Analyst in measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Nice to have:

  • A university degree or equivalent business experience is a mandatory requirement.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of business analysis and/or project management experience will be given preference.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are needed.
  • Has the ability to effectively manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • Has knowledge and understanding of project management methodology and workflow design.
  • Must have strong organization and problem-solving skills.
