Position Overview:

The Care for Business Marketing team is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, consideration, enrollment, and utilization of Care benefits. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure successful, results-driven marketing campaigns. 

The ideal candidate will have an appreciation and understanding for the unique needs of our customers (small to large employers) and understand how to market effectively to employees/members via employer, owned, and paid channels. Creativity, organization, excellent project management, and strong communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Note: This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) based in Dallas, TX. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing leadership, Account Management (AM), internal creative teams, Analytics & Data Insights (ADI), and external agencies to create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting employees of our customers, as well as ongoing member communications
  • Translate business priorities and objectives into marketing tactics
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop strategic, customized marketing initiatives and with creative and copywriters to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines
  • Liaise with Creative and AM team to ensure project requests are clear and comprehensive
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team to ensure Sales team is equipped with current materials
  • Work with Account Managers to facilitate customer approvals prior to launching campaigns
  • Collaborate with CRM team on email list development and targeting parameters
  • Set campaign, segmentation, and channel mix strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to bring omni-channel campaigns to life
  • Develop an experimentation roadmap and frameworks for funnel and channel optimization
  • Explore new channels for potential growth marketing opportunities, including performance channels and other possibilities
  • Manage and drive a prioritized calendar of initiatives to completion with various internal partners including creative, product marketing, ADI, product, engineering, and data, as well as external vendors/agencies
  • Work with ADI to establish and execute on the development of primary, secondary, and tertiary KPIs
  • Build and own reporting to measure success, and communicate performance on regular basis to internal stakeholders (including senior leadership)

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably with a focus on multi-channel marketing
  • Proven track record of using data, analytics, and insights to guide strategy and develop engaging marketing programs
  • Ability to create innovative marketing programs that deliver measurable value throughout the marketing funnel
  • Strategic big-picture thinker who can plot a campaign from idea to execution; ownership mindset
  • Creative and enthusiastic problem solver who possesses the ability to lead with authority and influence
  • Ability to shift focus between B2B and B2B2C/B2C marketing mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality creative
  • Critical thinker with strong project management skills
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Plus, but not required: 
    • Experience with or basic understanding of Google applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Jira, Asana, Canva, Highspot, Google Analytics, Figma, Tableau, Confluence
    • Understanding of / experience marketing within the employee benefits space

Salary Range: $108,000-$135,000 

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
