The Global Technology Analyst Program is a unique, immersive 2-year journey designed to accelerate your growth in the ever-evolving world of technology. The rotational programs start in July and are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to more than one team in technology.

 

Your time here will look something like this...

A Technology Analyst can expect:

• Global Exposure: Work in global scoped projects with cross-functional teams and gain insights into how technology drives financial sector worldwide.

• Diverse Rotations: Experience diverse roles across Citi’s the landscape that may include software development, cybersecurity, data analysis, etc. Each rotation will offer you hands-on opportunity to develop specialized skills in these critical areas.

• Continuous Learning: Benefit from structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development programs that are designed to sharpen your technical prowess, enhance your business insight, and cultivate your leadership skills.

• Real Impact: Contribute to real-world projects that shape the future of banking, from developing next-gen digital banking solutions to enhancing our cybersecurity defenses and driving data-powered innovations.

 

We want to hear from you if...

We’re in a hunt for trailblazers with a passion for technology and drive to make a difference.

To join this elite program, you should:

• Be graduating between Dec 2024 and May 2025.

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degree.

• Have a GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred. 

• Be a problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head-on.

• Possess a global outlook and a willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

• Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.

• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
