Sales Acceleration Intern

As a Sales Acceleration Intern, you will support the efficient functioning of our company's backend operations by assisting with various basic administrative tasks and operational processes. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth account activation, product setup, and ongoing support for our customers.

 

Job responsibilities and Expectations:

 

SuperUser Support:

  • Assist in the activation of accounts and products under supervision.
  • Help set up email domains and other activities to support account activation.
  • Assist in configuring free trial and test senders for accounts.
  • Support the creation and management of user accounts under supervision.
  • Assist with basic setup and maintenance of billing addresses.

Company Initiatives Support:

  • Assist in reviewing sender costs (e.g., Viber, WhatsApp) with guidance.
  • Support other ongoing company initiatives as assigned.

Operational Tasks:

  • Help with basic operational tasks to support the Customer-facing organization (e.g., data entry, bulk updating prices in CPQ SF).
  • Learn to identify areas for improvement in internal processes under supervision.

Partnership Assistance:

  • Support the Partnership teams with creating new customer accounts in Salesforce and setting up accounts in Super User.
  • Assist in facilitating the smooth onboarding process for new accounts under supervision.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office suite, basic understanding of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficient in English.
