This is a unique opportunity to get to know one of Berlin’s hottest startups in the FinTech space. Are you a motivated student or a recent graduate from a business, finance, or communications field? Do you want to learn more about fund and investment operations in the private asset space? Are you excited about democratizing private market investing in Europe? What you will be doing

  • You will be part of our Customer success team, taking care of and fully contributing to the customer experience of our users

  • You will review, check customer data, work with our operations team, and respond to investor communications and questions

  • You will support our account managers and work closely on accounts where you own the investor communications

  • Most importantly, you will identify and develop opportunities to improve our customer success processes further

Our expectations for you

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, etc.) or a customer-related role, ideally at a startup company

  • Excellent attention to detail - you are able to catch the corner case every time and are a reliable team member

  • You are a great self-organizer and have top-tier project management skills plus a love for processes and results

  • You have a basic understanding of core financial concepts and a keen interest in venture and private asset investing

  • You have good English, and ideally German or Dutch

  • You are team-oriented and ambitious and bring fun energy to work  :)

What your interview journey will look like

  • First interview with Emma Shaw, our Account Manager to get acquainted with the bunch and to understand if what we’re offering is what you’re searching for

  • Case Interview with the Chey Lake our Head of Customer Success & Emma, to demonstrate your way of thinking, working and communicating your output

  • Final meeting with our Founder to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions
