About position:

Financial Supervisor will be responsible for receiving the work carried out by the Finance Plus (Shared Services) teams and the finance team shared with H+K. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, proven experience in financial functions and strategic business vision. The Financial Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions, preparing accurate and timely financial reports and contributing to strategic decision-making.

 

Responsibilities:

Review and critique work performed by WSSC from Mexico and the shared team with H+K Mexico.

Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports, such as income statements, agings, profitability, and supporting reports for closing.

Monitor the company's financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including billing and collections.

Collaborate with other departments to support strategic company initiatives.

Report to the financial team in Brazil.

 

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Proven experience as a Financial Supervisor, or similar role.

Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and SOX/Internal Controls.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

Strategic business vision and ability to contribute to organizational growth.

Advanced English mandatory, Brazilian Portuguese will be an advantage.
