Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using PySpark. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions using PySpark. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, applying knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools. - Apply expertise in PySpark to develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. - Ensure the quality and integrity of software solutions through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in PySpark. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, and Spark. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience in leading a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions. - Solid grasp of testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure the quality and integrity of software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PySpark. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
