FNZ's Cyber Program team are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to join us in our Brno office. In this challenging role, the successful candidate will lead and support the execution of the FNZ Technology Strategy.

The role will have a strong focus on leading strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes. We are therefore looking for candidates with experience in managing multiple complex projects, experience in delivering IT initiatives, understanding of IT & security frameworks, and cross-functional leadership to drive the successful delivery of critical security projects.

Additional experience in regulated financial services across different regions and jurisdictions is also essential, as is the ability to rapidly identify areas of improvement and make changes for the good of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology enhancement projects in alignment with the FNZ Technology Strategy;

  • Enhance project governance structures, ensuring projects adhere to scope, timeline, and budget;

  • Support program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered initiatives;

  • Monitor program performance and ensure objectives are met through clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs;

  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to communicate program status, risks, and achievements to leadership and management members;

  • Utilize feedback to improve future program delivery processes and outcome;

  • Translate the FNZ's technology strategy into detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and risk management goals;

  • Collaborate with technology leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively;

  • Drive continuous alignment between project delivery and the organization’s evolving technology landscape;

  • Liaise between project teams, business units, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in;

  • Deliver regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes to leadership and other stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes within complex, multinational organizations;

  • Experience of leading a project delivery team comprised of Project Managers (direct reports) and SMEs (non-direct reports);

  • Demonstrable track record of successful delivery against KPIs;

  • Strong project and program management skills, with certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 being a plus;

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization;

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting technology;

  • Knowledge of frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001);

  • Exceptional ability to manage internal and external stakeholders;

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
