The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on developing and delivering data-driven products and services tailored to the European market, that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Consulting & Innovation.

Within Services, Business & Market Insights (BMI) is focused on delivering scalable products powered by data and analytics—helping clients make smarter decisions, optimize strategies, and unlock growth. BMI spans a broad portfolio of offerings including analytics, predictive insights, business experimentation, platforms, and Payment Consulting & Innovation.
The Role
We are seeking a Director – Product Management, Commercialization for Europe, for each division, to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for BMI products across the European region. This role is a key connector between the product teams, European divisional stakeholders, Services business development leads and customers—ensuring our BMI solutions are relevant, adopted, and delivering value in diverse markets.
You will act as a commercial lead and subject matter expert, shaping demand, enabling sales, and fueling growth across the European divisions. This role requires strategic thinking, product expertise, and strong collaboration with market-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive commercialization of BMI solutions across Europe—tailoring product positioning, messaging, and strategies to meet local market needs and customer priorities
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to European division leadership, account teams, and customers
Collaborate with product owners to localize BMI offerings, provide market feedback, and influence roadmap evolution
Support business development through client engagement, RFPs, pitches, and proof-of-concept initiatives
Build and maintain sales enablement tools, training materials, and go-to-market collateral for regional use
Track and report on performance metrics including revenue, adoption, client impact, and market feedback
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across divisions, aligning BMI with the needs of clients across geographies and verticals
Partner with ACS, Customer Success teams, Sales & BDs, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience.
All About You
Experience in product management, commercialization, or strategy within the data, analytics, or payments space
Strong understanding of the European payment landscape and local market dynamics across key countries and industries
Familiarity with BMI-related domains such as business intelligence, economic forecasting, benchmarking, experimentation, or data-driven consulting
Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies and influence internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across cultures and levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business value
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
Fluency in English required; additional local European languages a strong plus.
