Who we are looking for:

The Business Analyst will support digital products and initiatives that drive a simplified, intuitive and personalized journey for our client´s customers across digital channels – including the web and mobile app. The Business Analyst will help write briefs and execute projects that enable our digital content strategy in order to create a good customer experience. The Business Analyst will manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, UX, Digital Products, Technology, Analytics, business stakeholders and more. This individual will be customer-centric and innovative with a passion for content, personalization and digital experience.

What you’ll do: 

  • Executes personalized content projects and programs across United’s digital channels, including united.com and mobile app.
  • Assists with personalization requests and project intake from across the company to ensure consistent content strategy and thus, a consistent customer experience.
  • Writes user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Uses data to ensure personalized placements are aligned with goals and objectives, and that content delivers the most customer and business value.

What you’ll need: 

  • Advance or bilingual English
  • + 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Technical PM
  • Ability to collaborate with wide range of partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environment and priorities
  • Ability to grow as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to make decisions or escalate appropriately
  • Proven solutions-oriented mindset and innovative thinker
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
