Navan seeks a highly motivated Commercial Strategy Associate to support our ambitious revenue targets and steer key strategic go-to-market partnerships. You'll manage stakeholders across various work streams, ensuring seamless execution and project success.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at analytical thinking and enjoys collaborating, troubleshooting, and driving results together. As part of a fast-paced sales organization, you'll help scale our innovative all-in-one travel, expense, and corporate card platform.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic GTM initiatives: Own and manage end-to-end projects, helping to drive revenue growth
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders' project inquiries, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams
- Drive analytical excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to improve GTM operations and sales effectiveness by providing in-depth analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to successfully run sales projects
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of strategic GTM experience at an established B2B SaaS company, preferably a startup or experience in Management Consulting working with GTM organizations
- Experience in GTM tools with analytics and CRM tools (Excel, Salesforce). Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and forecasting tools is a bonus
- Ability to delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategy
- Analytical rigor, ability to support decisions with data, and ability to draw insights from various information sources
- A self-starter mentality displaying strong ownership and ambition, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization to analysis and implementation
- Language proficiency in English and German
