The opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join the Corporate Communications team. In this role, a successful candidate will understand full, end-to-end paid digital marketing strategy and campaign development, including leveraging various tools for metrics reporting to senior leaders. The candidate will also collaborate with key internal stakeholders, writers, and designers to provide strategy, planning, and coordination of paid digital marketing activities for a wide variety of external audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Act independently to plan, develop, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, paid media, Google, etc.
  • Direct and oversee pay-per-click and paid social campaigns to enhance CACI’s brand and business strategy.
  • Lead the execution of paid marketing campaigns from start to finish, working in close collaboration with business development and other internal stakeholders while also leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Develop media campaigns and communication plans for key business development captures and growth opportunities that promote the use of our technologies and capabilities.
  • Experience with project management tools to track campaign progress and metrics.
  • Lead brainstorming meetings for new campaign launches, manage communications campaigns, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Traditional B2B marketing experience and a strong understanding of modern digital advertising principles and practices.
  • Lead generation expertise.
  • Experience in audience analysis and targeting tactics.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and editing skills, specifically marketing and advertising copy writing and general proof reading.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Persona building savvy.
  • Campaign setup, development, and deployment.
  • Campaign results synthesis, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness and impact.
  • Able to translate and develop campaign goals and objectives.
  • Experience in SEO, ad word, search (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Edge, etc.), social (LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging platforms)
  • Cross platform campaign syndication experience.

Desired:

  • Prior experience in defense industry and/or federal government business development.
  • Experience in translating complicated subjects, especially related to government and technical services.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in working directly with defense customers on successful programs of record.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, digital communications or marketing, advertising, or similar field.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
