HOURLY RATE: $14.00-$15.00 based upon experience

POOL MONITOR POSITION (Part-Time): Real Equity Management is currently seeking a part-time Pool Monitor to join our team at Aria Luxury Apartments. As a Pool Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable community pool environment while enforcing property rules and regulations for residents. THE POOL MONITOR RESPONSIBILITIES (Part-Time):

  • Ensure that all pool rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Open, close, and secure pool gates according to the official pool hours.
  • Inspect and ensure that pool safety equipment required by local laws are present and in good working condition.
  • Check to ensure that all guests are current Aria residents and authorized to use pool facilities.
  • Ensure that residents do not have more than two (2) guests and that the resident is present during guest usage.
  • Make sure that the amount of people in the pool area does not exceed the limit permitted by local code.
  • Skim debris from the pool as needed with net.
  • Straighten up and leave the pool area in neat and orderly condition at the beginning and end of each work shift
  • Other pool/hot tub duties as assigned.
  • Report any damaged equipment to the Property Manager immediately.

THE POOL MONITOR QUALIFICATIONS (Part-Time):

  • Previous security or pool operations experience, preferred. 
  • Outgoing personality; not afraid to approach a pool guest and inquire about their residency at the property. 
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • This position requires high alertness while on duty.
  • Must be okay working outside during summer days.
