About the role:
Exposure to the foundational elements of the breadth of our Workplace & Occupancy Planning services
Become an expert in space data management, ensure compliance with the client’s data quality rules
Think big, drive change, inspire others by developing, standardizing and sharing simplifies processes to help multi-office campus can operate all changes smoothly to embrace dynamic workforce
Build familiarity with demand planning, understand supply and capacity, and how forecasted changes could be accommodated with a killer business strategy plan from thinking outside of the box
Liaising with the Global Space Planning team, Data Intelligence team, Facilities Operations team, and Space Captains to digest, deliver and manage MAC and Occupancy Planning services as necessary to accommodate local practice
Ability to translate data into planning initiatives & data-driven decision making

Work across multi-office campus as required on Move Planning, Occupancy Planning and Workplace Planning
What this job involves:
Data Analysis & Audit Program
Perform space data change to maintain accurate occupancy and space information
Get acquainted with latest company Org changes to sharpen your understanding and data insight activities
Support Facilities Site Operations team, Facility Manager, Business Units, Strategic Portfolio Planning team by gathering and maintaining data effectively and logically to handle routine and emergency planning
Manage space audit process locally to ensure accuracy of space assignments, space types and architectural layouts
Audit and monitor multi-office campus Move projects; Work with Space Planners, MAC Coordinators, Facilities Operations and others as necessary for the timely resolution of data anomalies
MAC Management
Work with you manager to establish project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project results are achieved
Assist Facilities SiteOps team to provide project template, and act as a MAC consultant to review migration plans and conduct data and documentation audits
Initiate and manage meetings to review move schedules and documentation with Facilities SiteOps team, to ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete; The coordination of large, multi-phase relocations/restacks
Ensure all move management activities are performed in a timely manner and manner consistent with documented process
Receive MAC projects feedback from Facilitis Site Operations team to ensure client and team members satisfaction throughout Move and Occupancy process
Support on Space & Occupancy Management
Pull plans and data from data management systems, understanding the components of developing space solutions, and analyzing space and utilization data properly
Provide key data points for presentations and outline pros & cons between options
Identify proactive needs/troubleshoot deficiencies to address concerns and initiate best practices
Assist Facilities SiteOps team to collect headcount forecast from Business Units by providing latest template or data to ensure data linkage accuracy
A keen interest in studying guideline and playbook, proactively follow up latest guidance and engage discussion with your line manager
Liaise and coordinate with Facilities Site Operations team to deliver latest guidance in support of any new Occupancy Planning projects; Creating detailed communications and schedules to facilitate the move activities
Receive Occupancy projects feedback from Facilitis Site Operations team to ensure client and team members satisfaction throughout Move and Occupancy process
Collaborate with project and construction teams on large facility projects in the area of space requirements
Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials
On occasion you may be required to participates in OP meetings hosted by the client, OP, Facilities SiteOps Team and other key stakeholders
On occasion you may be required to work with FM’s, OP’s, SPP’s, and PM’s on projects related to moves, space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and change management
On occasion you may be required to contribute strategic planning ideas with your manager and other members to resolve campus/building-specific forecasts,needs,concerns, and issues.

Space management or MAC experience is preferred
Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, plus experience with interior office renovations is preferred
CAD, Adobe experience or knowledge is preferred
SQL is highly desirable, Python, JAVA is a plus
