We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Partner with Snap's Product, Growth, Design, and Data Science leadership team to hire top talent in technical and creative domains.
Develop pipelines for Product, Data Science, Design and other creative positions as defined.
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate debriefs, offer processes, and closing.
Innovate and experiment with methods to improve diversity in talent pipelines.
Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment.
Provide a high-touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process for both internal partners and candidates, while maintaining an active pipeline and meeting hiring goals.
Utilize data reporting to drive process improvements.
Develop strategies to attract the right talent to join Snap.
Operate as a Talent Partner through deep partnership and team alignment, applying best practices to enhance our recruitment strategy for creative disciplines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Skilled at building effective and high performing Design and Product teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate decisions to a broad range of audiences including candidates, hiring managers, cross functional partners, and executive stakeholders.
Strong eye for visual design and a passion for aesthetics.
Creative thinker with a knack for generating ideas and finding solutions where others may not.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of technical and/or design recruiting experience
3+ years of experience recruiting for design disciplines, including, but not limited to, Product Designers, UI/UX Designers, Visual/Interface Designers, and/or Design Engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in both small and large tech companies
Experience recruiting for an array of technical roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
Experience developing recruiting strategy and interview process alongside business leaders

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.
