Job Purpose:

We are currently searching for a Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing and Sales Director, to join the Hematology team to manage upcoming product launches in this Therapeutic Area. External candidates with experience in Hematology will be considered in this process. It is imperative that the individual joining the team demonstrates teamwork capability, intrinsic motivation, customer orientation, and long-term commitment to the project. Innovation and creativity in developing the marketing plan for the launch of new products are expected.

In this role, you will...

  • Designing, executing, and ensuring compliance with the product marketing plan according to the company's strategic guidelines and National Plans.
  • Leading the Brand team, integrating all areas/functions involved and ensuring coordination, alignment among them and managing promotional budget to maximize investment, while respecting product strategy and company guidelines.
  • Analyzing product evolution, effectiveness of marketing plan actions, competition, and designing alternative strategies, tactics and maintaining contact with key customers to understand market needs.
  • Coordinating with the Global team to adapt marketing strategies to local market needs. Ensuring smooth communication, clarifying the strategy to be followed by the sales network to facilitate achievement of objectives, as well as with other involved departments (medical, market access, etc.).
  • Contributing to forecasting considering the product life cycle, country market environment, and product strategy.
  • Developing activities and support materials tailored to the Marketing Plan strategy and the needs of the sales network.

  • Previous experience as a product manager.
  • Experience in Oncohematology.
  • Ability to have a high level of scientific interaction.
