A product with an innovative concept, an elegant design and high production quality can be a complete failure in the market. This course looks at theories, and industry¿best practices in the areas of Products, Management, and the New Product Introduction process, including engineering aspects of the process, which connects them. The latest trends and practices, insight into processes which facilitate single product and portfolio management and development, the roles and dependencies between Marketing, Product Management and Engineering, understanding of product management and development practices, including design thinking and lean startup approaches via case studies, development of the leadership and management skills required to create, initiate, develop, bring to market and implement new technological products and services.
