  • Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment to enhance and secure the software supply chain.

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues in the applications, identifying root causes and implementing robust fixes.

  • Continuously optimize application performance and scalability through code improvements, cloud service optimizations, and infrastructure as code practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools, and proactively suggest new approaches to improve the software development process.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend development, including expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

  • 5+ years of experience developing REST APIs and working within microservices architecture.

  • 3+ years working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, Kubernetes (GKE), specifically from a software development perspective.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka or equivalent pub/sub messaging systems, including designing and implementing Kafka topics and consumers.

  • 3+ years of experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes with a focus on deploying and managing applications.
