As a Global Clinical Supply Chain Leader (CSCL), you will leverage technical expertise to establish an effective and cost-conscious clinical supply chain. Your responsibilities include:
Designing and managing the end-to-end clinical study supply chain for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) to ensure patient-centric delivery.
Executing demand and supply planning within ERP systems (such as SAP) to manage aggregate and long-range IMP program inventory.
Aligning cross-functional activities and timelines to ensure study supplies are provided in strict accordance with the agreed scope and project milestones.
Forecasting and initiating the procurement of comparator drugs and other study-related materials required for global clinical trials.
Integrating all regulatory and quality-relevant requirements into the supply plan to ensure compliance with international GMP standards.
Leading cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements and global system integration within the clinical supply chain.
Monitoring operational performance and resolving supply chain issues from the first-patient-in phase through to trial completion.
The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic planner and collaborative leader with a deep understanding of clinical trial ecosystems. You meet the following criteria:
You possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or Engineering, supported by at least 5 years of experience in clinical supply chain or operations.
You are highly proficient in clinical trial design, drug demand forecasting, and supply planning techniques, with a focus on supply chain optimization.
You possess strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs for both biological and chemical pharmaceuticals.
You are an expert in managing complex stakeholder relationships, earning respect through a dedicated focus on internal and external customer needs.
You possess hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, OMP, or APO, as well as IRT functionalities used in global clinical environments.
You are skilled at leading process improvement activities and delivering technical solutions that satisfy diverse sets of global stakeholders.
You possess an agile mindset and the ability to travel internationally up to 10% to support cross-cultural project teams and organizational goals.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range.
