Job Description​

  • Translates the business strategy and objectives into human resources & talent goals, plans and tactics in order to drive improved business performance and profitable growth.
  • Partners with their respective SLHs regional executive leadership, HR Shared Services, and CoPs to develop long-term talent strategies, including development of internal talent and cultivation of external talent, ensuring that their respective Executive team is making the right talent decisions to meet its strategic priorities.
  • Works collaboratively with their respective Executive Leaders to optimize workforce health, helping assess, identify and solve problems related to workforce engagement and retention to maximize outcomes through consultation, coaching, advising and guiding leaders on people strategies, using evidence-based tactics, metrics, and trends to advance talent, organizational capabilities, leadership and culture.
  • Leads a high-performing team of human resources business partners to act as a strategic consultant and thought partner to leadership by providing expert, proactive HR consultation to advance BJC’s culture to enable the organization to attract, retain, motivate and grow BJC talent and be recognized as a destination employer.
