Job Description  

  • Building strong strategic relationships with Business groups (B2B ) and, developing a deep relationship with governance affairs. Implementation of a short-term and long-term business direction that align with company goal. 
  • Co-Lead with Value and Access for access expansion, pricing, and tender management strategy and implementation
  • Propose & Implement competitive and innovative strategies for several Vaccine product families based on market intelligence, assessing risks and opportunities, aligned on budget, and product lifecycle to deliver value to the businesses.
  • Management vaccine portfolio of tender management: develop policy stakeholder map and engagement tender to broaden the network including Ministry of Health and Welfare/TFDA/CDC/Local government for long term business objectives.
  • Strong ability to assess the economical and healthcare political environment and a keen sense to anticipate new trends and market opportunities
  • Identify and assess partnering opportunities for maximizing patient/public journey including disease awareness, prevention concepts, and vaccination rate.    
  • Build an evaluation model and negotiate business terms and conditions
  • Review, comment, and draft agreements
  • Manage, coordinate, and communicate with external partners
  • Analyze market forecast and competitor landscape
  • Prepare and present information/documents to potential partners for evaluation

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher OR in Health Care related field or minimum 5 years experience in managed healthcare (payer) environment. Good with experience in sales, making, market access, Bidding manager, or key account.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Proposal, Pricing, Bidding, and negotiation contract, good at customer segmentation and identifying the potential market.  
  • Healthcare payer business, vendor management Experience managing the interactions, monitoring the performance of tender business setting
  • Basic knowledge of tender policies and procedures.
  • Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • Solid experience conducting vendor negotiations
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all team members, stakeholders, and management.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple projects
  • Ability to develop and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to comprehend procurement processes as well as basic knowledge of indirect products and services used globally
  • Self-motivated, Independent and being a team player
