JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALITY, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.

Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment. 

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure Financial Procedures and Controls are in place to meet with good financial practice, FCPA and Abbott audit requirement.

Assist with Accurate Plan & Update Packages by working closely with the Management Accountants.

Keep Manager informed with regular updates on issues and business performance.

To produce accurate and timely financial reports with commentaries to allow management to understand the historical results of the division and to forecast future likely trends.

To be part of the cross functional team to achieve the short and long term objectives.

To be aware of the System, Process and Procedures of the organisation and be prepared to offer and implement changes to improve the financial process.
