Sourcing - Procurement Technology Analyst, AVP - Hybrid

This is a Global Procurement – Sourcing Analyst responsible for managing and executing all Procurement and Sourcing activities relating to Technology requirements from the Business.  The role will focus on Technology Professional Services and Software requirements.  This is a Global role working across all regions. 

The role will independently manage supplier competitive events and Contract execution.  The role works with large cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of Procurement events and Contracts and leverages the internal network of partners to execute at speed. 

The primary means by which the performance of the individual will be assessed will be internal Business satisfaction, execution of Contracts and projects, sourcing savings, and adherence to standards, procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a standard Procurement - Sourcing methodology (define requirements, develop a sourcing strategy, develop the Request for Proposal, negotiate the commercial terms and contract. 

  • Ensure work is competitively bid wherever appropriate and help Business Stakeholders select the best source of supply for competed deals.

  • Lead the Sourcing process, utilizing support organizations such as Third Party Utility, Sourcing Utilities, Finance and Legal to implement supplier projects.

  • Manage the renewal of expiring contracts.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, procedures and policies.

  • Responsible for creating and developing reports such as spend and project pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Global Leadership – Ability to work with large cross functional groups across multiple regions.  Execution orientated and ability to navigate through process complexity to achieve results.

  • Relationship Building – Confident at working with Technology leads. 

  • Contracting skills - Skilled in structuring agreements to provide continuity during transitions and assembling support teams.

  • + 3 years of relevant experience in Technology Sourcing or Procurement Buyer role.

  • Certified Purchase Professional such as CPM or CIPS preferred.

Contract and Supplier Management Experience:

  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving savings goals and other performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
