Position Summary
In addition to performing all job duties of a Commercial Agent (professional and courteous response to customer inquiry, maintenance of customer accounts, technical support, and promotion of products and services); the Commercial Agent answers questions on policies, products, and procedures from Commercial perspective through dedicated call queues. The work week will include:  Call Queue support, CSR Call Queue support, and Administrative & Project work as assigned. This position reports to the CSC Commercial Administrative Supervisor.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Answer questions on policies, products, and procedures from potential commercial customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient data entry skills required to include, but not limited to; order entry, SRO entry, circuit ID and multi billing entry
  • Support company values, policies, and procedures
  • Genuine concern for the success of others
  • Ability to provide training to CSRs based on need
  • Discretion in providing feedback to Commercial Supervisor on CSR/TSR specific development concerns while maintaining confidentiality
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Professional judgment and ability to communicate with others diplomatically and tactfully
  • Must lead by example by having a fun, patient, approachable attitude, and a willingness to help others
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate both written and oral instructions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the workplace
  • Must complete applicable training

What You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience as an Armstrong CSR or TSR is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CSC policies, products, and procedures
  • Must maintain a superior Armstrong 360 (quality) rating
  • Familiarity with reporting and spreadsheet management
  • Familiarity with ICOMS, CmWeb, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint
  • Experience handling escalated calls
  • Willingness to be a leader, positive role model, and mentor to peers
  • Dependable with a willingness to work overtime
  • Ability to work with multiple concurrent priorities and manage workload
  • Implement and document processes
  • Adhere to credit policies
