What You Will Do

  • Lead the orthopedic business line across Chile, focusing on both strategic and sales execution while engaging directly with key customers.
  • Oversee the sales team of 2 managers and 19 salespeople, actively participating in field activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Define sales quotas for managers and ensure their effective distribution among sales representatives, monitoring progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, including those for key products such as Mako, ensuring their market success.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with BUMs across LatAm, the Regional Marketing team, and global orthopedic leaders to align local strategies with regional and global objectives.
  • Participate in leadership meetings within Chile, contributing to the overall development and execution of orthopedic business strategies.
  • Identify training and development needs within the sales team, coordinating with the training department to address skill gaps and enhance team performance.
  • Drive overall sales growth and continuously evaluate and refine strategies to ensure the orthopedic business line’s sustained success and market leadership.

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience in Orthopedics Industry
  • English Advanced
  • Strong experience in Leadership Positions
  • Previous experience in multinational companies is high desirable

Travel Percentage: 30%
