Job Description Summary:

Supervise the smooth and efficient operation of the departments and assist in the provision of quality health care to patients. Under the direction of the Director or Physician Office Manager, proactively coordinates patient care activities and ensures the nursing process is carried out by demonstrating professional and clinical leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED: Nursing (Required)LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of Nursing

LPN licensed in the State of Ohio, without restrictions. Motivated, self directed individual with a well integrated personality. Poised, professional appearance. Effective communication and interpersonal relations. Must possess a current card verifying CPR Certification or will need to become certified within the first 120 days. Ability to operate, including but not limited to, computer, FAX machine, copier, and multi line phone. Must have two years of office or supervisory Experience and minimum of four years of general nursing Experience . Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
