The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity.
Candidate is to be responsible for day to day processing of Document Checking transactions and deliver services as per agreed service standards and turnaround times with compliance to policies and procedures governing trade operations.
Candidate is also required to participate in UAT/regression testing, understand the flow of the process, build/update standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for consistent improvement to ensure a LEAN process.
Candidate is preferred to have 3-5 years of work experience in international trade operations for document checking function, good communication and interpersonal skills, fast learner and ability to adapt to constant change, able to work independently and a dynamic team player who is able to work in a highly challenging work environment.
Candidate is also expected to have good knowledge on UCP 600, ISBP and end to end process flow for international trade. Candidate with CDCS qualification is preferred.
Working hours in accordance to Australia time zone.
