Description -
HP, the global leader in digital printing, is looking for an experienced and professional Suppliers Local Repair Operation Lead.
In this role you will manage global repair suppliers operation in 3 different regions around the globe.
Diverse role with high influence on customer experience and Service costs.
Key responsibilities
Leading E2E repair operation to meet service goals - cost saving, sustainability, and spare parts availability.
Oversee the on-going activities done by repair suppliers (e.g., repair, planning, sourcing, logistics), while optimizing inventory and deploying best in class repair operation methodologies.
Provide first level of escalation on every operational issue.
Define and Lead E2E processes to ensure efficient work and continues improvement.
Identify & implement opportunities for cost reduction and business development while maximizing operation efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and multi-cultural environments
Education, Skills, and experience
B.SC in Industrial engineering
2-4 years of experience in Sub-Contractors management in a global organization – must
Travel 1-2 times a year - must
Fluent English (read, write, talk) – must
Drive for results through high execution capabilities, knows to run an operation – must
Supply Chain or planning experience – advantage
Lean methodology knowledge, strong in processes – advantage
Excellent Microsoft office skills – Excel and Power Point
Well-functioning under very high pressure
Team player, excellent with interfaces
Good analytical skills, logical capabilities and problem solving.
Good finance/business acumen
