As part of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, we are expanding rapidly worldwide. To support our growth in Lithuania, we are looking for a motivated Territory Manager.

Your biggest challenge

Sales – that’s where you thrive. You will be the face of Q8Truck in Lithuania: bringing new customers on board, building strong relationships, and ensuring existing customers maximize their potential. You are the driving force behind growth and profitability.

In this versatile role, you will:

• Develop new business: identify opportunities and close profitable deals.

• Build relationships: convince through strong communication, negotiation, and service.

• Protect the portfolio: monitor customer creditworthiness and minimize risks.

• Act as our market antenna: share insights and results directly with management.

• Contribute to teamwork: proactively share knowledge and foster a positive team spirit.

• Stay organized: keep CRM systems and documentation accurate and up to date.

This is you

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategic sales (products/services)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Highly driven, result-oriented, and persistent

• Independent worker who also thrives in a team

• Willing to travel frequently

• Flexible and pragmatic approach to challenges

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English; other languages are a plus

• Computer literate (SAP, MS Office, Business Objects & CRM tools)
