 The Supervisor, Live Entertainment & Special Events will be responsible for:

  • Create quality ticketed events for Live Entertainment Mexico & Central America. (Disney On Ice, Broadway Shows, Symphonic Concerts, Exhibitions, etc).
  • Build relationships with local producers to ensure the maximum quality for our events, ticketed and non-ticketed.
  • Collaborate with LATAM Live Entertainment teams to develop events that align with business strategies and branding across all countries.
  • Evaluate and report on events success as part of overall business goals.
  • Work closely with agencies and sourcing to improve daily creative and operational needs.
  • P&L responsibility, budget and planning for each event.
  • Ensure ILS, security and health measures are met in each event.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize our efforts and drive efficiency through effective planning and sharing with Marketing, Security, Sales, DCP and PR.
  • Share best practices and scale assets.
  • Establish DE&I as a key component in our events.

What we need from you be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in event production, marketing, or business.
  • Preferred Industries: Marketing, Business, Live Entertainment.
  • Advanced level of English is a must.
  • Skills / key Competences: Result oriented, experience working under pressure with deadlines, experience managing several events simultaneously, must be able to interact with all levels of management, strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation".
  • Technical / specific expertise: experience working with agencies, producers, promoters, experience creating and evolving experiences that show the value of the company.
  • Candidates must be available to work some weekends.
