Working as a Senior Product Manager in our Retention Group offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally with very talented groups of inhouse Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists solving real world problems that have a huge scale of impact in our quest to drive digital and financial inclusion across Africa.

This role sits within the Identity team that's in our Retention product group and its responsible for ensuring M-KOPA users can seamlessly and securely authenticate across our suite of apps. Because of this, having a background in Identity Management and Fraud would be essential for success in this role.
We have a data-driven approach to the incremental improvements of our products and a focus towards excellence.
This is a fully remote role, that would have expectations of travelling across our different markets and working within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3).

Evidence of Data Driven Product Development leading a squad
Evidence of an Identity Management and/or Fraud background
Successful collaborations with cross-functional team members
Strong Customer Data Management experience
Good Analytics and Dashboard skills
Achievements building and delivering B2C Fintech Products
