This position is 100% remote - can reside in any state

Position Purpose: The role is positioned within Centene’s Digital Experience & Engagement (DXE) team, which is charged with delivering seamless, highly personal digital-first experiences - positively impacting health journeys and outcomes to build trusting, lasting relationships with all our customers, providers, and communities. The Product Manager will be a member of scrum team responsible for supporting the feature development of new features and functionality to ensure market expectations are met.

  • Document user stories including acceptance criteria based on epics and team review
  • Experience driving consumer or provider facing product features and roadmaps with a proven track record of prioritizing and successfully launch products.
  • Defining KPIs and success measures with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Responsible for documentation of feature development details as the product scrum team member
  • Lead backlog grooming sessions and responsible for prioritization of team backlog
  • Work with UX designer to provide mockups as needed
  • Interface with clients on product design and promote product benefits, capabilities
  • Gather and analyze feedback from various departments and recommend potential changes
  • Participate in Agile scrum teams during all phases of feature development
  • Assist in the development of requirements documents and use cases for new product features
  • Monitor the status of specific development projects supporting new features
  • Prioritize, rationalize and ensure delivery of specific sub systems against product development timelines
  • Experience in developing journey maps and leveraging them for journey orchestration and optimization of the customer’s experience through personalization and A/B testing
  • History of successfully delivering experiences leveraging Amazon Connect, Salesforce, or the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Nursing, or other related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of product management or project management experience in a healthcare enterprise solutions environment or healthcare operations. Experience developing and delivering care management solutions and agile development methodology preferred.

Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
