Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an essential role in the delivery of our award-winning candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You'll manage multiple priorities with attention to the details as you plan and finalize interview logistics across the US and help our successful new hires through the background and drug screen process. This is a valued role within our organization, being an essential contact for our candidates as you work with the TA team, HR partners and Hiring Managers. What you'll do:

You'll solve hiring problems, guide the decisions, and ensure we're making the best hiring decisions:

  • Provide a high-touch service with candidates to schedule and confirm interviews by email and by phone 24 to 48 hours before first meeting
  • Coordinate the flow of candidate visits and interviews
  • Coordinate with Recruiters to ensure accomplishment of the internal clients' specific staffing needs from a quality, cost and time-to-fill
  • Work with TA Senior Director, Recruiting Managers and Recruiters in the preparation of required reports and other documentation
  • Provide executive recruiting coordination including scheduling interviews, facilitating an excellent candidate experience and submitting background checks/drug screens.
  • Identify and build internal relationships to help accomplish priorities and goals.
  • Partner with HR, internal clients and recruiting team to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs.

Sounds Like You?

You could be who we're looking for if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of previous HR/recruiting experience
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Can interact professionally and positively at all levels within the Conagra enterprise
  • A high degree of energy and customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Can work on multiple, complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions
  • Maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a customer service focus
