Analog Devices is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Campus to join our Talent Acquisition team. 

In this role, you will partner with the University Relations team and broader TA team to find and attract the best talent to Analog Devices. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, travelling to and participating in campus events and sourcing suitable graduate and intern candidates for the university recruiting programs at Analog Devices. You will partner with top universities across EMEA to attract top engineering graduates and ensure candidates have a top-notch candidate experience from first to final engagement. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits team, Shared Services team and more by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. The successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and creative!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Being a team player while also being able to work on own initiative!
• Collaborating with college campus teams and all business units on hiring efforts from planning, facilitating, and executing campus activities.
• Travelling to and attending careers fairs, campus talks, networking events, etc.
• Partnering with business, hiring managers and interview teams throughout the hiring process by managing pipeline, screening applicants, interviewing, closing on candidates and contract preparation.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - EMEA to review, determine, and strategize investments in campus recruiting at universities.
• Build relationships with student groups, professors and careers office employees to plan events and build strong presence on campus.
• Use social media and web sources to promote opportunities and events.
• Demonstrate interest and understanding of the business in order to quickly adapt and flex as business grows and shifts.
• Constant ability to identify and implement new recruiting programs and strategies.
• Manage second level programs which include: Transition Year Program, Summer Operator Program, second level schools engagement, robotics competitions, etc.
• Support other functions within the TA team where required – experienced hiring, interview scheduling, sourcing, administration, etc.

Qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline would be advantageous.
• Prior recruitment experience required.
• Experience in fast paced and high-volume work environments.
• Ability to proactively problem solve and analyze recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy issues.
• Ability to get things done to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Ability to collaborate with the University Relations team as well as the greater Talent Acquisition team.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
