Analog Devices is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Campus to join our Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will partner with the University Relations team and broader TA team to find and attract the best talent to Analog Devices. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, travelling to and participating in campus events and sourcing suitable graduate and intern candidates for the university recruiting programs at Analog Devices. You will partner with top universities across EMEA to attract top engineering graduates and ensure candidates have a top-notch candidate experience from first to final engagement. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits team, Shared Services team and more by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. The successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and creative!
