The Advisor TIS Systems Analysis role ensures the safe, secure, and reliable operation of industrial control systems and operational technology across Power facilities. This position takes end‑to‑end ownership of complex OT issues, applying disciplined analysis, strong governance, and continuous improvement to protect critical assets and operational performance.

What you will do

  • Translate operational needs into clear technical solutions by partnering with plant leaders, operators, and TIS teams

  • Diagnose and resolve SCADA and OT infrastructure issues through investigation, root‑cause analysis, and implementation

  • Conduct on‑site inspections to assess hardware condition and complete equipment installations or replacements

  • Align delivery timelines with business priorities by coordinating outages, milestones, and project activities

  • Safeguard system resilience through backup readiness, access management, and accurate asset inventories

  • Enhance reliability by testing improvements and maintaining diagrams, procedures, and architecture documentation

Who you are

  • An experienced OT/ICS professional with network and server expertise in safety‑critical environments

  • Proficient across Windows platforms, virtualized infrastructure, network infrastructure troubleshooting and recovery practices

  • Knowledgeable of industrial field devices utilizing industrial network protocols such as OPC, MODBUS, DNP

  • Methodical and persistent when navigating complex technical challenges under strict controls and regulations

  • A strong communicator who produces clear documentation and builds credibility with diverse stakeholders

  • Flexible and well‑organized, capable of balancing competing priorities, travel to sites, and independent work
