HP Inc.’s Industrial Print, a global multi-billion-dollar business, is transforming one of the largest industrial markets in the world – print – by digitizing it. Industrial Print's business encompasses hardware sales, supply annuities, software solutions, maintenance and services, and integrated partner solutions. The business operates globally, with units located in Israel, Spain, and the US, as well as global sales offices and customers on nearly all continents.

We are looking for a senior strategy analyst to help define & drive Industrial Print’s business portfolio and growth trajectories, ensuring that it remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape.

What will you do?

  • Shaping Industrial Print’s long-term business strategy for existing and future markets that HP plans to enter, collaborating closely with various business units and the management team.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build the strategic justification for new markets & transformational initiatives at Industrial Print.
  • Lead and support inorganic play activities, such as strategic alliances, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Work directly and closely with the strategy functions in the business units to articulate Industrial Print’s strategy, goals, and market position.
  • Collaborates across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction with corporate and divisional approaches, systems, information, and support
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams to facilitate projects across businesses to align strategy with organizational goals

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Strategy Manager, Strategic Planner, or Business Consultant – personally & directly driving successful C-level strategic planning. Experience in capital equipment or industrial markets or as an entrepreneur is a plus.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions and strategic alliances is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of market research & data analysis methodologies together with real-life business operations and procedures – deep understanding of the role strategy has in day-to-day business
  • Outstanding intellectual, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving power
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership.
  • Collaboration and effectiveness within the company culture – large, fast-paced Israeli high-tech, yet as part of a US corporation

We are a small but global team (in a big organization), with a specific focus on future business & strategy, reporting to the Division president.
