JR58568 Intern - New Product Management

An internship in the New Product Management (NPM) department aims to introduce the intern to assembly and test processes in the semiconductor industry through line tours, assembly and test execution, automation projects and occasional lot kitting.

SCOPE:

During this internship, the intern will have opportunities to take part in a few or all of the following activities:

1) Develop new automation dashboards or improve existing NPM dashboards to save manhours.

2) Gain theoretical understanding of semiconductor backend processes and visualize them through manufacturing line tours.

3) Occasionally help team members with lot kitting.

4) Execution of lots in test processes.

DELIVERABLE:

To develop or participate in projects that would improve existing NPM processes.

IMPACT:

The intern will create novel solutions or contribute ideas for new products in the New Product Introduction phase.
