Position summary:
This AM role will take charge of the following responsibilities:
Lead Finance functions in the ERP implementation project;
Manage China ERP master data representing Finance;
Active communication with APAC Finance System team;
Finance system governance;
Building insightful data analytics tool to drive finance excellence;
Pricing admin
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Responsibilities of the Financial System Associate Manager include, but are not limited to:
D365 Implementation
Support ERP design and implementation from finance system technical perspective
Effective communicator bridging multiple Finance SMEs, GQO Finance, Consultants and PMO
Ensure core system demands can be realized and escalate if concerns cannot be addressed
Support business owners to perform effective review on URS and UAT
Data & Analytics
Actively participate in master data design in D365;
Governance over master data setup, change, periodic review and alignment (GQO/APAC/non-finance);
Build insightful data analytics tool to support FP&A and business decisions
Pricing Admin & Finance System Focal Point
Manage data sync-up and archive across multiple pricing systems (ERP, NEXT, ICH);
Provide pricing analysis and pricing monitoring procedures;
Focal point of China finance systems (ERP, NEXT, PBI); lead the implementation process of system upgrade e.g. to align with APAC system upgrade
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Finance
Experienced in ERP implementation and go-live, specialized in master data management and good hand on data analysis
8 years or above hands-on working experience in finance, financial system management, data analytics roles
Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Visio or other equivalent IT techniques
Frequent ERP user
Proven project management experiences
Big four IT audit/consultancy experience is plus

Familiar with ERP system is must
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Visio or other equivalent IT techniques/tools is essential
