About the Role:
Analyse and understand existing systems and work with segment stakeholders to identify their business goals and develop the strategies and tactics required to meet those objectives
Conduct user research, test and troubleshoot web pages, plugins for ease of use and functionality
Focuses on user experience and interaction design.
Conducts user research, ideate new interfaces and create wireframes, prototypes, mockups using design and U/X best practices
Ensures the user requirements are translated into seamless, effortless design that focuses on usability and conversion optimizations
Understanding of tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight for better user experience.
Elicits and documents client business requirements.
Develops and improves business processes within the technology and business organizations, understanding client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with internal customers. Uses a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs.
Adheres to metrics to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensures change management and communication of change to team is done in a systematic way for medium level projects.
Implements improvements to process or product as directed by management.
Develops a strong awareness and understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services in assigned area.
About You:
Min 4-6 years in User Interface analysis, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Exceptional communication skills.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of interlinkage of Data from different CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong)
Design Tools (Preferred): Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Ideate new interfaces and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design and UX best practices.
Decisions involve interpretation of data, planning own work, or refining the methods and techniques to be used.
Translates requirements for technical solutions, based on understanding of how technical solutions impact the business as required.
Collaborative, solution-oriented problem-solver.
