The Senior Procurement Technology Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions to enhance and streamline the procurement function within the organization.

This role involves analysing business processes, identifying technology needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and cost savings.

The difference you’ll make:

  • Ensuring procurement technology solutions comply with relevant regulations, technology strategy and security standards
  • Researching and assessing procurement software and tools to determine their suitability for the organization's needs
  • Building relationship with stakeholders and manage expectations within the Procurement business
  • Providing training and support to procurement teams and end-users on the use of procurement technology solutions
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements related to procurement processes and technology needs
  • Analysing procurement data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or business analysis
  • Familiarity with procurement software and technology solutions
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is essential
  • Experience with S4 Hana is essential

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Project management experience
  • SAP Ariba certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent

This role is based in Milton Keynes

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

1st Stage – Technical Interview – this will a 30min technical interview with one of the team

2nd Stage – A one-hour formal interview where we will ask both technical and competency-based questions. This can be done virtually or face to face depending on your situation.
